Shiv Mandir Baijnath


Baijnath is in reality the appellation of the chief temple dedicated to Siva Vaidyanatha ("Lord of Physicians") which has know the Village itself.its is one of thepilgrim centres of Hindu because of a very ancient temple of Shiva Vaidyanatha (Lord of Physicians) Legend has it that this is where King Ravana (from the epic Ramayana ) supplicated Shiva for the boon of immortality. The linga enshrined in this sanctum is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas (Lord Shiva’s stone image) in the country. There is very nice Park out side the Temple and very nice view of the snow Mountain

Chamunda Devi Temple

Two demons ‘Chand” and “Mund” were killed by maa here, hence known as “Chamunda” Devi. The idol in the temple is so sacred that it is completely hidden beneath a red cloth. Here Lord Shiva is present along with Devi Chamunda.

JawalaMukhi Temple


Jawala Ji temple is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths of India.Jawala ji is a Devi Temple Dedicated to the "GODDESS OF LIGHT", located in Jawala Mukhi, district Kangra of Himachal Pradesh.Sati's tongue is believed to have fallen at the very place where Jwalaji Temple is now situated. The tongue of Sati is represented by Holy Flame or Jwala that is perpetually burning. The flames come out from nine different rocks in the temple.Jawala Ji has an unique characteristic of perpetual flames emanating from the rock at temple site being considered the manifestation of Goddess.Jawala Ji as a center of faith is unparallel and unique. There is no deity or idol that is worshiped. Jawala Ji is a great heritage centre for not only the people of Jawala Mukhi, Kangra or Himachal Pradesh but of the whole world. During March to April and September to October every year colourful fairs are held during the Navaratra celebrations.

Kangra Temple


Kangra is well known for it natural beauty and temple .The wealthy and famous Brajeswari temple is located here and is one of the fifty-one sacred Hindu shaktipeeths.
